摘要:
在中央引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型高校转变的时代背景下,地方新晋本科院校的特色专业应尽快跳出专科教育的藩篱,对标一流本科高校的同时,一方面要确立自身应用型类型定位和培养应用型人才的职责使命,深化“产教融合、校企合作”,另一方面要建立专业建设委员会和行业指导委员会,由校方与企业共同优化应用型专业人才培养方案并改革课程体系,组建一流“双师”素质教学团队,致力于提升科学研究能力和社会服务能力。
Abstract:
Under the background of transforming with the guidance of central government,some local undergraduate colleges to application-oriented ones,the characteristic specialties of newly-promoted local undergraduate college should jump out of the barrier of specialized education as soon as possible,establish their own position of application-oriented types and the duty of training applied talents while setting the first-rate undergraduate universities as benchmark at the same time.The local undergraduate college should deepen the cooperation of industry and education,set up specialty construction committee and industry steering committee,optimize the training program of applied talents and reform the curriculum system by both schools and enterprises.Meanwhile,the local undergraduate college should set up a first-rate teaching team of “double-qualified teachers” to improve its scientific research ability and social service ability.
