摘要:
以互联网为基础的网络传播、手机传播等新媒体形态的不断涌现,为高校思想政治教育工作带来了挑战与机遇。文章以高校青年教师思想政治工作作为研究对象,从战略地位、角色要求、职责任务三方面阐述了习近平总书记关于加强青年教师思想政治工作的重要论述的科学内涵,新媒体时代使得西方意识形态渗透加速,思想认识多元化、不良信息传播范围更广,其对青年教师思想政治工作带来新的挑战。最后,从净化工作环境、优化网络内容、线上与线下相结合等方面提出开展青年教师思想政治工作的有效路径。
Abstract:
The emergence of new media forms such as Internet based communication and mobile phone communication has brought the ideological and political education in colleges and universities challenges and opportunities. This paper takes the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities as the research object, and expounds the general secretary Xi Jinping's ideological and political work for young teachers in the new era from three aspects: strategic position, role requirements and duty tasks. The new media era has accelerated the infiltration of Western ideology, diversified ideological understanding, and a wider range of bad information dissemination, which has brought challenges to young teachers' ideological and political work. This paper proposes effective ways to carry out the ideological and political work of young teachers from the aspects of purifying working environment, optimizing network content, and combining online and offline.
