摘要:
应用型本科高校面临着转型发展,培养应用型人才来适应社会、服务社会。建设一支高质量、高水平的“双师双能型”教师队伍是应用型本科高校的重要职责。文章就当前应用型本科高校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设进行探讨,指出应用型本科高校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设存在概念模糊、实践能力欠缺、重视不够、培养途径不健全等问题,分析了没有形成统一的符合自身发展的认定标准和规范、引进人才方式单一、规章制度不完善等原因,并提出了建立明确的“双师双能型”教师制度建设、“内培外引”的“双师双能型”教师培养模式、激励性的“双师双能型”教师支
Abstract:
With the rapid development of economy,science and technology more and more developed,applicationoriented universities are facing transformation and development.It is necessary to cultivate a large number of applied talents for social services.To build a high quality and high level of the “double qualification and dual skills” teachers is an important duyty of universities. In this paper,the current application oriented university “double qualification and dual skills” teachers construction thinking,points out the application oriented university “double qualification and dual skills” teachers concept is fuzzy,practices the lack of capacity,lack of attention, ways of training is not perfect and so the problems of teachers, analyzes the reasons with no unified the standards and norms of their own development,the introduction of talent single,imperfects rules and regulations,and puts forward a clear “double qualification and dual skills” teachers training system construction,“culture introduction” of the“double qualification and dual skills”teachers training mode,the incentive of the“double qualification and dual skills” teachers support policy corresponding measures and suggestions.
