摘要:
采用文献资料法、访谈法、专家调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,构建符合一般本科院校体育院系师资核心竞争力评价指标体系,就福建省6所一般本科院校体育院系师资核心竞争力进行调查研究。研究表明:专家对由师资结构、科研水平、教学成果和社会服务的4个一级指标,20个二级指标和37个三级指标体育院系的师资核心竞争力指标评价体系协调程度较高,具有较高的可信度; 福建省一般本科院校师资核心竞争力不强,其原因表现在:师资结构方面,专任教师数量差距较大、年龄结构断层、职称结构呈橄榄状分布; 科研水平方面,人均论文数量偏低、课题级别较低、成果奖励数量稀少; 教学成果方面,精品课程和教学名师数量太少且大部分指标为0; 服务社会方面,学术兼职数量悬殊、校企合作项目和服务地方项目数量稀少。
Abstract:
This article uses methods of literature,interview,expert investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,build the core competitiveness index system of P.E.teachers in the colleges,investigation and study it on 6 colleges of Fujian province.The research results show that experts have a high degree of coordination with the core competitiveness evaluation index system of P.E.teachers,which is composed of four first-level indexes including teacher structure, scientific research level, teach achievements and social services,twenty second-level indexes,thirty-seven third level indexes, have a high credibility; the core competitiveness of P.E.teachers in the colleges of Fujian province is not strong.The reasons are shown in four aspects,first is the structure of teacher,the number of full-time teachers is a big gap,the age structure is fault,the structure of professional title is olive; second is the level of scientific research,average quantities of papers are lack, subjects are low-level, rare number of result awards; third is the teaching outcomes, excellent courses and famous teachers are few,and most of the indicators are zero; fourth is the serving community,wide gap on the part-time academic jobs, school-enterprise cooperation project and serve local projects are rare.
