摘要:
人们生活方式和行为模式的一个非常显著的变化是久坐行为的增多和体力活动的减少。日常生活中个体体力活动的研究除了关乎身体健康和疾病,还具有其他意义:作为精神障碍评估、诊断以及治疗效果评价的标准; 促进情绪(尤其是积极情绪)、人格等心理学领域的相关研究; 作为一种反馈手段强化个体行为模式的转变。移动生理监测(如加速度计)设备能够非常客观地评估日常体力活动,但是缺乏对运动类型和情境信息的识别,而生态瞬时评估能够获得体力活动的详细信息。目前,基于智能手机及其APP的移动生态瞬时评估的优势进一步增强,可以方便地对日常体力活动及相关心理与行为数据、环境信息以及生理数据(主要是活动量,未来可能实现更多生理数据准确实时的测量)等进行收集。未来,基于智能手机的主观报告和客观监测的综合测量、可穿戴设备与智能手机的结合、基于事件自动触发调查的情境相关的生态瞬时评估研究、日常干预以及日常生活背景下的行为研究都将得到进一步发展。另外,在具体的研究中要注意克服EMA所固有的缺点。
Abstract:
A very significant change in people's lifestyle and behavior patterns is the increase in sedentary behavior and the decrease of physical activity.The study of individual physical activity in daily life is not only about physical health and disease,but also of other significance,such as,criteria for evaluation,diagnosis,and evaluation of therapeutic effects for mental disorders; the related research in the field of psychology(especially positive emotion)and personality; strengthening the change of individual behavior patterns as a means of feedback.Mobile physiological monitoring(such as accelerometer)can objectively evaluate daily physical activity,but lack of recognition of motion types and situational information.Ecological momentary assessment(EMA)can get detailed information about physical activity.At present,based on the smart mobile phone and mobile ecological momentary assessment APP(MEMA)to enhance the advantages,it is convenient to daily physical activity and related psychological and behavioral data,environmental information and physiological data(mainly the activity index,the future may achieve more accurate real-time measurement of physiological data)were collected.In the future,the research basing on smart phone subjective report(EMA)and comprehensive measurement of objective monitoring,the combination of wearable devices and smart phones,context-sensitive ecological momentary assessment(CS-EMA),daily intervention and behavior research in everyday life will be developed.In addition,attention should be paid to overcome the inherent shortcomings of EMA inspecific research.
