摘要:
以对苯二酚、三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯和二氯硅酞菁为原料,合成了一种新型氟代香豆素氧基硅酞菁:二-(4-三氟甲基香豆素氧基)硅(IV)酞菁.采用红外、核磁共振氢谱、质谱对该酞菁配合物的结构进行了表征,同时研究了其光物理性质.该酞菁配合物的荧光寿命(τs)为(7.87±0.79)ns,荧光量子产率(ФF)为0.43,单线态氧量子产率(ΦΔ)为0.43.研究结果表明该酞菁配合物有望作为光动力治疗用的光敏剂.
Abstract:
A novel di-[4-(trifluoromethylcoumarin)oxy] silicon(IV)phthalocyanine was synthesized. The structure of this phthalocyanine was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and ESI-MS methods. The photophysical properties of the phthalocyanine were investigated. The fluorescence times(τs), fluorescence quantum yield(ФF)and singlet oxygen quantum yield(ΦΔ)of this phthalocyanine were found to be(7.87±0.79)ns, 0.43 and 0.43, respectively. These results indicated that this phthalocyanine can be used as a photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy.
