摘要:
后现代主义作家石黑一雄的双重文化背景和特殊流散经历让他始终能够站在国际化视角进行思考,尤其在《浮世画家》中,他对“身份”概念进行了深入剖析。主人公小野在追寻身份认同的道路上经历了理想化的身份建构和理想幻灭式的自我解构,在接受时移势易的现状后,小野最终完成了戏剧人生的自我救赎。石黑一雄借助小野的人生经历展现出他内心深处对身份的困惑和对命运的隐忍,也影射出人类在后现代社会中的生存焦虑。这种对后现代社会的关怀,正是石黑一雄在大众悲鸣“文学已死”的时代为小说摆脱“已死”僵局提供的新思路。
Abstract:
The dual cultural backgrounds and the unique diaspora experience of Kazuo Ishiguro, a postmodernist novelist,made him think something with an internationorl view.He deeply analyzed “Identity” in the novel An Artist of the Floating World. Masuji Ono, the protagonist,experienced the construction and deconstruction of identity, and he finally completed the self-redemption of his dramatic life after he accepted the changing times. With Ono's life, Kazuo Ishiguro reveals his confusion about identity and the tolerance to his destiny, and also reflects the survival anxiety faced by human beings in the postmodern society. This concern for the postmodern society is Kazuo Ishiguro's new way to help literature to get out of the “dead” situation.
