摘要:
以荔波小七孔风景区为研究案例地进行自然风光型旅游景区形象的游客感知研究.在对案例地网络游记点评进行收集的基础上,从游客感知体验的角度出发,利用ROST Content Mining软件对所收集到的网络点评样本进行网络内容分析.研究发现:由68级瀑布、小七孔古桥、水上森林、鸳鸯湖、卧龙潭等景点所构成的自然景观是荔波小七孔景区的旅游核心吸引力.游客对景区的整体满意度高,并留有漂亮、壮观、方便、空气清新等美好的旅游印象; 对荔波小七孔旅游地的整体形象感知较为正面,游客情绪倾向以积极情感为主.最后,探讨了自然风光型旅游景区形象游客感知提升的建议.
Abstract:
In this paper,Libo Xiaoqikong scenic spot was taken as a case study to analyse the tourists' perception of the image of scenic spots with natural scenery. Based on the collection of online travel notes in the case, from the perspective of tourists' perception and experience, this paper analyzed the network content of the collected network comment samples by using the Rost content mining software. Through the analysis and research, it was found that the natural landscape composed of 68 level waterfall, Xiaoqikong ancient bridge, aquatic forest, Yuanyang Lake,Wolongtan and other scenic spots were the core tourism attractions of Libo Xiaoqikong scenic spot. Tourists' overall satisfaction with the scenic area was high,with a beautiful, spectacular, convenient, fresh air and other good tourism impression; for Libo Xiaoqikong tourist destination, the overall image perception was relatively positive, and the tourists' emotional tendency was mainly positive. According to the above conclusions, this paper put forward some suggestions to enhance the tourist perception of the scenic spots with natural scenery, so as to provide reference for the positioning of the tourism image of the scenic spots with natural scenery and the formulation of tourism promotion strategies.
